Auto shutdown of Dia gun

Plz , I need to know if it's a problem or Norma issue.
My Dia gun power is auto shutdown after ten minutes even I use it , is that normal.

Thank you for your inquiry. DIA-GUN is supposed to be turned off if there is no operation for 10 mins. It is a normal function.
